Technology should make life simpler.

I’m probably a little more comfortable with technology than many people my age, but I still know the feeling.

A phone changes after an update and suddenly something is not where it used to be. A message arrives that looks suspicious. A website asks for something you don’t understand. Passwords disappear. Settings change. Instructions tell you to tap something that you cannot even find.

And far too often, when you search for help, the answer seems to have been written for someone who already knows the answer.

That frustrates me too.

Over the last few years, I’ve also started using AI every day. I use it to research things, understand difficult subjects, compare information, solve problems, work with documents and simply figure out how things work.

It has become one of the most useful tools I have.

But I’ve also learned that AI can be confusing, confidently wrong, or make a simple question sound much more complicated than it needs to be.

That is one of the reasons I created Voxcor.

I want Voxcor to be a place for people like us — people who did not grow up with smartphones, apps, passwords, QR codes and artificial intelligence, but who still want to use technology and enjoy the benefits of it.

Not because we want to become technology experts.

We just want the thing to work.

Voxcor Answers focuses on the everyday questions I think matter most: phones, computers, the internet, scams, AI and the other bits of digital life that have somehow become part of ordinary life.

I do the digging, use the technology, use AI, check what I can, and then try to explain the answer the way I would want someone to explain it to me:

Clearly. Simply. Without making you feel stupid for asking.
