Terms of Service

These terms cover the five VoxCor games — VoxCor Solitaire, VoxCor Mahjong, VoxCor Word Search, VoxCor Sudoku, and VoxCor Jigsaw — and this website. Where Is It is a different product with its own separate terms.

By installing or using a VoxCor game, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

We give you a personal licence to install and use each VoxCor game on your own devices. This licence is not transferable — you can't sell it, give it away, or share it with someone else's account.

Some games offer an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full version. Once you buy it, it's yours. The purchase never expires and never renews — there is no subscription to remember to cancel.

If you get a new phone or tablet, you can restore your purchase for free, as long as you sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy it originally.

All purchases are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google, under their own refund policies. We don't process payments and can't issue refunds directly — if you need one, please contact Apple or Google support.

Our games are provided as they are. We do our best to make sure they work well, but we can't promise they will always be free of bugs or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of a VoxCor game or this website.

If you downloaded a VoxCor game from Apple's App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and has the right to enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

If we update these terms, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
