The platform routes requests to nearby participants or staff who may be able to assist.
VoxCor operates as a communication and coordination tool and does not guarantee that assistance will be provided.
3. Not an Emergency Service
VoxCor is not an emergency service.
The application does not connect users to emergency responders such as police, fire departments, or medical services.
For emergencies, users must contact their local emergency services.
4. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws when using VoxCor.
The service is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use online services independently, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VoxCor responsibly and only for legitimate assistance or coordination purposes.
You may not use the platform to:
- Submit false or misleading requests
- Harass or threaten other users
- Disrupt events, venues, or services
- Attempt to interfere with system operations
- Circumvent platform safeguards or restrictions
VoxCor may limit or restrict access if misuse is detected.
6. Event and Venue Environments
Organizations such as event organizers, venue operators, or institutions may configure VoxCor environments.
Within these environments:
- Access roles may be assigned
- Requests may be routed to designated helpers or staff
- Operational rules may apply to participants
Organizers are responsible for configuring their environments appropriately.
7. No Guarantee of Assistance
VoxCor facilitates communication between participants but does not guarantee that any request will receive a response.
Availability of assistance depends on the presence of nearby participants who choose to respond.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxCor and its operators are not responsible for:
- Actions or responses of other users
- Failure of users to respond to requests
- Delays, interruptions, or service disruptions
- Outcomes resulting from assistance interactions
Users assume responsibility for their use of the platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of VoxCor is also governed by the VoxCor Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how operational data is handled within the platform.
10. Service Availability
