These terms cover the VoxCor 50+ Collection app, including every game inside it (Solitaire50+, Spider50+, FreeCell50+, Mahjong50+, WordSearch50+, Sudoku50+, Jigsaw50+, Match50+, ScrambledWords50, BlockPuzzle50+), and this website. Recall50+ is a different product with its own separate terms, which you can read at voxcor.app/recall50/terms.

By installing or using the VoxCor 50+ Collection, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

We give you a personal licence to install and use the VoxCor 50+ Collection on your own devices. This licence is not transferable — you can't sell it, give it away, or share it with someone else's account.

The VoxCor 50+ Collection offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks everything in it. Once you buy it, it's yours. The purchase never expires and never renews — there is no subscription to remember to cancel.

If you get a new phone or tablet, you can restore your purchase for free, as long as you sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy it originally.

All purchases are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google, under their own refund policies. We don't process payments and can't issue refunds directly — if you need one, please contact Apple or Google support.

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to make sure it works well, but we can't promise it will always be free of bugs or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the VoxCor 50+ Collection or this website.

If you downloaded the VoxCor 50+ Collection from Apple's App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and has the right to enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

If we update these terms, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
