ProofPack — Terms of Use
1. Service Description
ProofPack is a personal documentation app that helps you create structured, timestamped records on your device. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
2. Not Legal Advice
ProofPack helps you document and organize information. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. Whether your records are admissible in any dispute or legal proceeding depends entirely on the laws and circumstances of your jurisdiction — we make no representation about that.
3. Free Tier Limits
The free tier includes 3 active packs, 1 photo per section, basic PDF export, app lock, and private packs. Limits are enforced in-app. You may archive packs to stay within the active limit.
4. ProofPack Plus Subscription
ProofPack Plus is an optional in-app subscription offering unlimited packs, unlimited photos, advanced PDF export, encrypted backup, and repeat reminders.
Pricing, billing cycle, free trial details (if offered), and renewal terms are displayed in-app at the time of purchase via Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
5. Backup and Data Loss
All data is stored on your device. We strongly recommend using the encrypted backup feature (Plus) to protect your records. VoxCor is not responsible for data lost due to device loss, damage, factory reset, or app uninstallation.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use ProofPack for lawful personal documentation purposes only. You may not use the app to fabricate, alter, or misrepresent records, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProofPack is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxCor and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes arising from your use of ProofPack or reliance on records generated by it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we do, this page will reflect the new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
